shipping and delivery
Your order will be shipped from the nearest fulfilment facility to the shipping address. UK and Isle of Man orders are shipped from the UK and EU orders are shipped from the Netherlands. If applicable, customs or import duties are charged upon delivery to the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
SOME OF MY ORDER IS MISSING
Your order might arrive in separate deliveries, depending on the products ordered. This does not mean there has been an error with the order. Please allow a day or two for the other shipment to arrive - or contact us if it takes more than 3 days. This does not affect the price of the shipping, as it is charged at a flat rate.
HANDLING TIMES
Our items are printed to order, to promote sustainability by avoiding overproduction. Please allow up to 4 working days for your products to be printed. However, most items are printed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. Shipping to the UK usually takes 2-3 business days and to the EU 5-7 business days. At the moment, we only provide standard shipping. If you need something quicker, please get in touch with us.
HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST
Shipping is charged at a flat rate depending on the destination.
UK: £3.99 for the first item + £0.25 for each additional product
Europe: £5.99 for the first item + £0.25 for each additional product
Shipping total will be calculated at checkout.
